1. Who controls the data
Elor Guardian is a product of EAD POCKET LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 45.386.168/0001-15, which is the controller of the personal data processed in the course of its operation. 2. Platform audience
Elor is intended for use supervised by a parent or guardian of legal age. It does not request the child's personal data such as legal name, ID document, address, email, phone number or date of birth. The only reference linked to the child is a nickname used to personalize the interaction. The data processed belongs exclusively to the parent or legal guardian who registers.
3. Personal data processed
Elor may process the following data of the legal guardian:
- Guardian's name
- Country
- Language
- Messages and content sent
- Technical security and fraud-prevention data
The child's nickname must not contain a full name or information that allows direct identification.
4. Purposes of processing
- Enable registration and access
- Operate, maintain and improve the service
- Personalize the user experience
- Provide support and respond to requests
- Promote security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect rights in legal proceedings
5. Legal bases
Processing is based on: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, regular exercise of rights and legitimate interest. Children's data is processed in accordance with Article 14 of the LGPD and the best interests of the child.
6. Data sharing
Elor does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with:
- Technology and hosting providers
- Service providers essential to operations
- Public authorities when required by law
7. Retention and deletion
Data is kept only for as long as necessary. Logs and messages are kept for up to 12 months, or longer when needed for legal obligations, auditing, or security. After this period, data is deleted, anonymized, or blocked.
8. Data subject rights
The data subject may request:
- Confirmation that processing takes place
- Access to the data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion
- Portability, within legal limits
- Information about sharing

9. Security
Elor adopts technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or improper processing. No system is completely immune to risk.
10. User responsibilities
The parent or guardian agrees to provide accurate information and not to enter the child's personal data in free-text fields. If the child's data is provided spontaneously, it will be processed only to the extent necessary for support and security.
11. Changes to this policy
This Policy may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on the platform with its update date.
12. Jurisdiction and interpretation
Governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are handled under Brazilian law, without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by the LGPD.
